Of course it would be a trap, I saw right through it. :D
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.~
I like how the episode sort of reaffirmed the relationship between Usagi and Rei. They look like they don't get along, but they are actually probably the closest in the group. To bad the plan went nowhere, though.
"Yes, I have been deprived of emotion. But not completely. Whoever did it, botched the job."
Well, the sailor scouts never did come up with the smartest plans, but this one was pretty dumb even for them. It'll be interesting to see how they plan to save Darien and beat Beryl. They still can't even handle Malicite.
I would have been pretty disappointed if The Dark Kingdom didn't see through that stupid "trap."
But at the same time, this episode wasn't particularly good...
I was also getting annoyed with the monster chanting her name all the time.
It would be nice to see a strong finish, but the second and third series are supposed to be even better, though they had to scramble because they weren't prepared for the popularity.
Please don't feed the trolls!
In my next life I want to collide at the corner with the cute transfer student
carrying a piece of toast in her mouth...rodac
I think this is the first time the Sailor Soldiers were proactive and went ahead with a plan to trick Dark Kingdom! It was a shitty plan and they failed, but it was still refreshing to see. I loved Ami pretending to be mean, it really doesn't fit her and was pretty funny.
That said, I am REALLY looking forward to some actual plot development. I'd rather have all these fillers earlier, and not towards the end. It's like they know we want to see the finale but are blueballing us with these silly filler episodes.
i was getting so interested with the story with the moon princess and everything and i really hate how they were like "yeah uh that kind of happened time for a tsukino family vacation and the sailor guardians breakup lmao". im praying these last 3 episodes actually address the plot again instead of just more filler
I have to (surprisingly) agree with Kunzite, their plan was foiled by their crappy acting lmfao.
Also I have to wonder when that git is gonna get his, only three episodes left so got to happen soon.
“I just spent the last two years thinking that you guys knew more than me about life and I just found out that you guys are just as dumb as me.” “Duh-doy.” “Yeah, duh-doy.”
Imagine if kunzite and baban acted a little longer as if they believed sailer moon's act and took sailor moon to dark kingdom just to kill her while no one could come to her rescue.
Meh episode all around, Rei and Usagi bickering but then the episode showing how even with all that they still get along well and trust each other can only be the plot for so many episodes before it gets boring. And, I swear to God, if she says "Banban" one more time
It's nice to know Rei really cares about Usagi, but that doesn't make her any less mean. If she REALLY loved and cared about her, she wouldnt be constantly bullying and belittling her and wouldn't constantly work to knock her self-esteem down. I really don't like the tsundere friend trope.
i love usagi and rei's relationship, but rei really is too mean to her, even if they are close i think that she can be annoying.
only 3 episodes remain.
I feel like this episode does a good job of showcasing Usagi and Rei's relationship but this plan...yeah I don't think it would've been a good plan even if it wasn't Usagi's plan, sorry by the way, I mean I don't know what they were expecting there. If they had succeeded in this affair would Sailor Moon have seen Endymion after all that? Not really. And what was up with that monster just going "Ban-Ban" over and over again? When she first said this, I thought she was giving Kunzite a pet name there. And yeah that was generally true on my part, absoultely true. And I still don't know why she kept doing that. It was like she was a bloody Pokemon or something I dunno. Anyways fun episode but I feel like I'm kind of a bit done with the filler and want the plot to progress. And boy is it gonna very dramatic I feel. 3 episodes, just 3 left. I really don't want it to end now, I really don't, I really don't.
Usagi's plan was alright, if, as Luna said, a bit dangerous. I really liked the villain in this one - really cool design and powers! I didn't realize how much Mars and Moon would have a Vegeta/Goku relationship (or lancer/leader relationship), and this one really got to that while also addressing that Mars does care about the princess. The creators are still being a bit weird with showing underwear and stuff.
